The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a large and comfortable room. The location was perfect, with fantastic restaurants nearby and the convenience of a ski bus stop right outside. The staff at Carlina were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider variety of choices.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and three-dish dinners, but the highlight was definitely the hot tub and ski storage space. Plus, free private parking and WiFi made my stay even better.
Oh, and did I mention how much I loved the restricted working hours of the SPA and the undrinkable coffee? Just fantastic.

Loved the stunning views from our room and the modern and tidy decoration. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. , the breakfast was delicious and varied, offering many options for different tastes. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to the city center and wonderful restaurants nearby.
The high price of the hotel didn't match the available amenities. It would have been nice to have coffee or tea-making facilities in the room and a more responsive thermostat for the temperature.

The hotel is in a prime location because of its proximity to local attractions. Rooms are clean, well-designed and spacious, with stunning views from the balcony. the breakfast offers a good variety of local cuisine and is frequently restocked. the ski locker room is very convenient, and the staff is kind, helpful, and always well-presented. the wellness and spa areas are equipped with saunas and a jacuzzi.
The hotel's card system is outdated, and there is only one card available per room that also charges electricity. This could be more challenging for large groups that decide to separate and go out;

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bialka Tatrzanska and had a really great experience. The hotel was conveniently located near the main road, which meant easy access to restaurants and other amenities. The staff at the hotel were excellent and provided a high level of service. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food and was continuously replenished by the attentive staff. I was impressed with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel. However, I did feel that the wifi could have been better and there were some issues with hot water at odd hours. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Bialka Tatrzanska.

The size of the room was great, and the beds were comfortable. the free ski bus made it easy to get to the center, and the breakfast offered a good selection of dishes. the hotel had a traditional design, which added a unique touch to the experience.
The price of the hotel was quite high, especially considering the remote location. the lack of in-room amenities such as an electric kettle or iron was disappointing.
